One-stop finishing — every handover you remove is a risk you remove

Printing, insert molding, tipping, flaring, hole punching and forming are all done in-house. A shaft does not have to travel between suppliers — each handover removed is one less chance of handling damage, one less leg of lead time, and one less place where responsibility for dimensions and finish can be argued about.

A typical sequence

The real order depends on the part. The most common arrangement is: extrude or build the composite shaft, print the marker bands, punch side holes, flare the proximal end, insert mold the hub, form the tip, then heat-set the shape.
