SGO Absorbable Surgical Sutures are manufactured using advanced extrusion and braiding technologies in our Class 100,000 clean room facility. Available in both braided (PGA) and monofilament (PDO) configurations, our sutures deliver consistent knot security, smooth tissue passage, and predictable absorption timelines.
Product Range
- SGO-PGA Braided: Multifilament braided polyglycolic acid suture with proprietary coating for smooth passage. 50% tensile strength at 14 days, complete absorption in 60-90 days
- SGO-PDO Monofilament: Polydioxanone monofilament with extended support profile. 70% tensile strength at 14 days, 50% at 28 days, complete absorption in 180-210 days
- SGO-PGLA Rapid: Fast-absorbing polyglactin 910 for superficial skin closure. Complete absorption in 42 days
Needle Options
Available with over 40 needle configurations including round body, reverse cutting, taper cut, and blunt point needles. All needles are manufactured from high-grade stainless steel alloy with laser-drilled channels for secure suture attachment.
