A Landmark Presence at the World's Largest Medical Trade Fair
Shanghai SGO Medical Technology Co., Ltd. made a significant impact at MEDICA 2025, the world's largest medical trade fair held in Düsseldorf, Germany from November 10-13, 2025. Our expanded 120-square-meter booth in Hall 10 attracted over 5,000 visitors from 80 countries, marking a 45% increase in foot traffic compared to our 2024 participation.
Product Highlights
This year's exhibition featured several breakthrough products that generated substantial interest from international distributors and hospital procurement teams:
- Next-Generation Ultrasonic Surgical System: Our flagship surgical platform with Adaptive Tissue Technology drew particular attention from European and Middle Eastern delegates. Live demonstrations showcased the system's ability to seal vessels up to 7mm with burst pressures exceeding 900mmHg.
- AI-Powered Rehabilitation Robot: The intelligent rehabilitation system with gamified VR therapy programs was recognized as one of the "Top 10 Innovation Highlights" at MEDICA 2025 by the organizing committee.
- Portable Ultrasound Scanner: The compact, AI-enhanced ultrasound device attracted interest from emergency medicine practitioners and rural healthcare providers, particularly from Southeast Asian and African markets.
Business Outcomes
During the four-day event, we conducted over 200 business meetings and signed distribution agreements with partners in 12 new markets including Poland, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Brazil. Our VP of International Sales, Dr. Marcus Weber, noted: "MEDICA 2025 has been our most successful trade show to date. The quality of conversations and the level of interest in our expanded product portfolio exceeded our expectations."
Looking Ahead
Building on this momentum, SGO Medical plans to expand its European distribution network and establish a regional service center in Frankfurt to better support growing demand across the EMEA region. We will also participate in Arab Health 2026 in Dubai and CMEF Spring 2026 in Shanghai.
